Willie Thomas Runs Squad Session For The SEKF

My good friend Willie Thomas 7th Dan, Ex World Karate Champion and England Kumite Coach, took time out to visit the SEKF squad in the New Forest one last time before he takes on the exciting role as Head Kumite Coach in Hong Kong.

Willie, had organised a fantastic squad session which was received with great enthusiasm by the students. Deliberate game play was mixed with some challenging agility training that pushed even the fittest of our elite members to their limits. The session finished with Willie and the elite squad members meeting for a question and answer session which was very enlightening...... Thanks Willie for a great squad session.
