Two Silver Medals At The Four Nations

Well done to the SEKF squad for their great performances at the Four Nations this weekend.....Carla Rudkin-Guillen continued her medal streak and managed a fantastic silver medal in the -12 years kata, winning her first three rounds

5-0 with some really impressive katas, this was followed by a great semi final, and then just losing out to Aimee sell's (Current -21 England Kata Coach) student 3-2 in the final........In the Kumite, Elliott Lowman also won a fantastic silver medal winning his first four fights with great dominance, just losing out to the current Four Nations champion 2-1 in the final...Two silver medalists at British standard, a great achievement for the SEKF!

I would like to thank my squad and coaches for their hard work and dedication leading up to this major competition also the parents for their continued support.
