SEKF Urban Online Fitness / Karate Training to re-start from Monday 4th January 2021

Due to the new Government Tier guidelines, Team SEKF will be re-starting the Online Urban Fitness and Karate classes from Monday 4th January 2021, until further notice.

These exciting home training classes will be presented using the Zoom Video Conferencing App and will be available for both students and their parents. We will be running our weekly Family fun Fitness class that requires no experience in addition to our structured karate based sessions that will be separated into grade ability. We will also continue to run our special Saturday grading courses, advanced grading courses and squad sessions... 

Monday's - 6.00pm - 7.00pm / Family Fitness Class

Tuesday's and Thursday's -  5.00pm - 6.00pm / White belt to Orange tag 

                                                        6.00pm - 7.00pm / Orange belt to Purple belt

Wednesday's and Friday's - 6.00pm - 7.00pm / Brown tag and above

The monthly cost will be reduced to £37.50 which will include the family fitness training, two sessions of karate per week and the monthly saturday grading classs.
