SEKF Squad attends Kumite & Kata Seminar

The SEKF squad travelled to Thirsk to attend a fantastic weekend of Kumite and Kata ran by sensei James Scanlon and sensei Collin Rudkin. The SEKF and JS students really enjoyed the varied training and making new friends.
