SEKF Medals at the UK Open

Congratulations to Team SEKF after winning 2 x Gold, 1 x Silver and 2 x Bronze medals at the UK Open. All five athletes managed to win a medal which was great especially after all their hard work during preperation.

In the Kata categories, Emma Barnes won a tough Gold medal in the 10-11 yrs category, this was followed by another tough Gold medal won by Denis Margolin in the Male Cadet catgegory. Megan Barnes managed a good Bronze medal in the 12-13 yrs category.

In the Kumite categories, Paul Moinier won a hard fought Silver medal in the Junior Male -75k, whilst Chistopher Cytus managed a good bronze medal in the Cadet Male -63k. 

Finally, young Carla Rudkin-Guillen took time out competing to assist in the coaching which proved to be a great success especially as it was her coaching debut....Well done Team SEKF!
