Madrid Elite Training Camp 2022

Well done to the SEKF athletes who attended the Madrid elite training camp.
Our athletes enjoyed a week of top class Kata and Kumite training under World champions and Spanish National coaches Fran Salazar (Kata) and Ivan Leal (Kumite). In addition I took them through their paces with some tough Strength and Conditioning work in the gym.
Even though our athletes were training full time we still managed some chill time by the pool....Looking forward to next year!
