International Match 2018

Congratulations to everyone who attended the International match this weekend.
The SEKF hosted Fran Salazar and his team from Spain. The day started with some great Kumite and fitness training drills. The teams trained together, competing for both technical and fitness glory whilst having a fantastic time with each other.
A lovely lunch followed which had a Spanish, English, Turkish and French influence that our helpful parents prepared.
The 2nd part of the International match was kata training. Fran took the students through their paces with Anan Dai whilst performing some amazing bunkai. The students then showed their kata skills before receiving their certificates and attendance medals.
A really lovely day
