Fran Salazar Mentors the SEKF Kata Squad

Fran Salazar, fresh from his recent Team European Gold medal, visited the SEKF in England to mentor the kata squad. Fran showed the squad some good ideas for better movement within the katas and followed up by teaching another great kata for competition.
This was a great taster session for our Elite Squad as they will be training over in Madrid with Fran for a week in August!
