Alton Brown showed why he is such an asset to the Southern Engkand Karate Federation after outclassing everyone in the -75kilos category to win the England Karate championships in style. Well done Alton!
Nick Issacson fought well, having seven fights and just missing out on a bronze medal in the 16-17 year old category. Danny, Joe, Loui and Zak all fought well but did not manage to win a medal on this occasion.
I was very proud of the fighters at the weekend and especially proud at the way they have trained over the past few months in preperation for the English championships. Well done Guys!
