Elite Karate Camp with Fran Salazar

Some of our lucky SEKF squad members enjoyed a great week of elite karate training at Fran Salazar's Dojo in Madrid. Fran was fantastic as usual, teaching some great kata, drills and Physical training.
To compliment Fran's World class kata training, I put the students through their paces with some hard core kumite work, in preparation of the busy international competition season ahead.
Our Spanish hosts really looked after us and prepared some great traditional food which was well received. It was nice to see the Spanish and English students training and laughing together. An amazing week!
