Congratulations to Team SEKF after winning Gold and Silver at the British Karate Championships...
Carla Rudkin-Guillen won gold and become British Champion in the cadet kata category and Megan Wrobel-Barnes won silver in the 12-13 yrs kata category. The rest of the squad all competed well and manged to win several rounds...
A great effort and weekend. Well done everyone and thanks to the parents who supported.
