Willie Thomas Runs Kumite Course For The SEKF

Willie Thomas 7th Dan and ex World Champion, recently took time out of his busy schedule in charge of the England kumite squad to run a course for the SEKF. Willie's experience at World level competition really inspired the students throughout the day as his knowledge of combat techniques, physical and mental preparation was breathtaking.
Personally, I really enjoyed seeing an old school competitor with a fearsome reputation teach in such a modern and fluid manner. Exceptional Willie. Thanks.
