Gold for Carla at the Central England International Open

Congratulations to Carla Rudkin-Guillen after winning Gold and Bronze at the Central England Internatioal Open.
Carla was still on fire from representing England at the World championships and won Gold in the Cadet Kata without dropping a flag which was fantastic. In the kumite, Carla dominated the category but lost out on too many contact warnings but still managed a well deserved Bronze medal.
Next stop the Venice K1....Let's go Carla.....
