BBC South Today Meet Carla Rudkin-Guillen

BBC South Today presenter Lewis Coombes visited Carla Rudkin-Guillen to discuss her success as English and British Kata Champion in the build up to the Commonwealth Karate Championships.

The interview and demonstration of Carlas karate skills went really well and was aired on BBC South Today on Tuesday 6th September. A great feature for local Karate success.
